REFUND & LICENSE POLICY

This Refund & License Policy governs all digital products sold, downloaded, or accessed through https://shop.dwgshare.com.
By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from DWGShare Shop, you agree to this policy.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCT NOTICE
All products sold on DWGShare Shop are digital downloadable files only.
No physical items will be shipped.
Products may include:
- CAD drawings
- DWG files
- 3D models
- Architectural plans
- BIM resources
- Rendering assets
- Design templates
- Related digital resources
2. NO REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not provided once a product has been:
- Downloaded
- Accessed
- Delivered
- Opened
- Made available to the customer
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that digital products cannot be “returned.”
3. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect purchases
- Software incompatibility
- User skill limitations
- Failure to read descriptions
- Minor drafting differences
- Missing fonts or plugins
- Internet/download issues on the customer side
- Files already downloaded
4. CORRUPTED OR DEFECTIVE FILES
If a file is proven to be substantially corrupted or unusable, DWGShare Shop may, at its sole discretion:
- Re-send the file
- Provide a replacement
- Offer store credit
Customers must provide sufficient evidence of the issue.
5. LICENSE GRANT
All products are licensed, not sold.
DWGShare Shop grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use purchased files for:
- Personal projects
- Educational purposes
- Internal commercial workflow
- Design reference purposes
Ownership and intellectual property rights remain with DWGShare Shop and/or the original content providers.
6. PERMITTED USE
You may:
- Modify files for your own workflow
- Use files internally within your organization
- Use files as references for projects
- Use files for educational or visualization purposes
7. PROHIBITED USE
You may NOT:
- Resell files
- Redistribute files
- Share files publicly or privately
- Upload files to websites or marketplaces
- Share files through Telegram, Discord, Facebook groups, forums, or cloud drives
- Repackage files for resale
- Claim ownership of original files
- Use files as downloadable resources for others
- Use content for AI training, machine learning datasets, scraping, or automated harvesting without written permission
These restrictions apply whether files are modified or unmodified.
8. SINGLE USER LICENSE
Unless otherwise stated, each purchase grants a license for one user only.
Account sharing and unauthorized distribution are strictly prohibited.
9. DISCLAIMER
All files are provided primarily for:
- Educational purposes
- Design inspiration
- Workflow assistance
- Reference use
Files are NOT guaranteed to be:
- Construction-ready
- Permit-ready
- Structurally verified
- Error-free
Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all files before real-world implementation.
10. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving digital products may result in:
- Permanent account suspension
- License revocation
- Download access termination
- Restriction from future purchases
DWGShare Shop reserves the right to submit transaction and download evidence to payment providers during disputes.
11. TERMINATION
DWGShare Shop reserves the right to revoke licenses and terminate access if this policy is violated.
